Where is your Suite located?
Park in the public parking Cittadella open 24H and reach us on foot. We are located in the traffic-restricted zone (ZTL), for this reason you cannot arrive by car. We are a 20-minute walk from Verona Porta Nuova Station and just 100 meters from the Arena.

How to reach Oriana Homèl Verona?
BY PLANE:
A cab service is available from Catullo airport (price about €28.00) and a shuttle bus service to Verona Porta Nuova station (every 20 minutes-€6.00 per person).
BY CAR:
The hotel is located in the historic center, a few meters from the Arena in a traffic-restricted zone (ZTL). Therefore, it cannot be reached by car. For those who need to get nearby the hotel, we recommend Piazzetta Santi Apostoli as the closest point (OUTSIDE THE ZTL ZONE) to stop and unload luggage.
Both from the A4 Milan-Venice highway and from the A22 Modena-Brenner highway, the exit to take is Verona Sud.
Indicate on your navigator (GPS) Via Oberdan 9 or Piazza Cittadella to arrive directly at the recommended public parking lot.
BY TRAIN:
Get off at the Verona Porta Nuova stop.
In the square in front of the station are the cab stand (cost about €9.40) and buses ( weekday lines are 11- 12- 13- 51/ holiday lines 90- 92- 96- 98 from platform A of the station).
The bus will stop at Piazza Brà (Arena).
The last stretch is to be walked by crossing Piazza Brà in the direction of the Arena, to the left of which is Via Oberdan.

Oriana Homèl Verona is located in a traffic-restricted zone (ZTL) so we ask our kind guests NOT TO TRANSIT IN THAT AREA EXCEPT IN THE HOURS PRESCRIBED by the City of Verona to avoid administrative penalties.

How far is the facility from the Arena and Verona Porta Nuova Station?
From Verona Porta Nuova Station it is a 20-minute walk, a 10-minute bus ride, and a 10-minute cab ride. The arena can already be seen from our facility and is a 100-meter walk away.
Can we pay on arrival?
An advance payment is always required to guarantee the reservation or a credit card to make a preauthorization that can be released at check in if you wish to pay cash.
How much is the tourist tax?
€3.50 per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights. Young people aged from 15 to 25 and guests over 70 years old are subject to the payment of taxes of €2.80 per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights.

Check-in is from 2 pm to 10 pm.

There are many typical restaurants very close to our facility and within easy walking distance. In the reception you will find a list of the best restaurants recommended by us and our guests.
Does your facility serve breakfast?
By regional law No. 45/2014 our facility cannot offer breakfast service.
Is the kitchen equipped with all utensils?
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils (pots, dishes, cutlery), refrigerator, microwave, and induction stovetop.
Can we have the crib in the apartment?
A crib is available upon request and may incur additional costs.
Can we have the balcony?
Apartments with balconies are available upon request.
Is there a hairdryer in the bathroom?
Of course.
Does your facility provide the iron?
Sure, we have ironing board and iron. We'll bring it to your apartment right away.
Do you do daily cleaning?
By regional law No. 45/2014, our facility cannot offer daily cleaning service to apartments on stop but only on departure.
Can we bring our dog?
Our facility cannot accept dogs even if they are small. Pets are not allowed.
